Please arrive at the first tee at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time to allow time to enter supplementary competitions and for team photos to be taken.

Teams of 4 Players - 100% Course Handicap Allowance (Maximum Playing Handicap Men: 40 Ladies: 54) - 18-hole Traffic Light Waltz Format.

To be eligible to play in the Mixed division, mixed teams will need to consist of 2 male & 2 female players.

In view of Yellow tees not being rated for Ladies, they will receive +3 addition to course handicap.

We may need to use a ''blind draw'' in the event of a 3 person team and would ask that each players score is entered on the team card - thank you.

When signing up players can add up to 3 partners and pay for them too upon entry. If booking for less than 4, players selecting the same Tee Time as you will be your playing partners.

Only one player needs to fill in a standard Essex scorecard for your team - these will be prepared and provided at the Starters Hut and should be collected before teeing off the first hole. Once round completed please hand the completed and signed team scorecard to the committee member handling scoring on the day.
