Ladies 18-Hole Guest Day

Please arrive early to allow time to enter fun games, with all donations benefitting this year's Captain's chosen Charity Little Havens Children's Hospice -

4 Person Teams comprised of Ladies and their guest with Summer buffet lunch to follow golf at £17 each includes tip and your guest's entry into the 'Guest Only Raffle Draw' - ladies are not required to change for the meal. By signing yourself and a guest up it will be assumed you will be staying for the meal following golf. Payment for both meals should be made by transferring funds to the Ladies Metro Bank Account in the usual way - be sure to use reference 'Guest Day' and your 'surname'

You'll be able to sign up all of your playing partners when entering. When adding your guest click on an 'available' slot and enter their CDH number - any problems please contact Karen, Martine or Rita. 

Essex Ladies members are asked to submit their guests Names and CDH number to the Competition Secretary or Ladies Captain upon sign-up or no later than 7 days prior to the competition.

Format: Teams of Four - Stableford scoring format with 95% Handicap Allowance with the three best scores needed on each hole except par 3's where all 4 player's scores required - with prizes for Best Front 9, Best Back 9 and Best Overall.

Fun Games: £5 cash on the day to enter all games

Lunch is a rolling summer salad buffet with a choice of:

• Cold salmon or coronation chicken with a Vegan option of baked potato
• Chocolate Torte, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Lemon Tart or Apple Crumble with a Vegan option of fruit salad

MEAL CHOICES AND ANYONE REQUIRING VEGAN OPTION NEED TO BE GIVEN TO DIANE BY Noon Thursday 22nd June.

As this is a fun team format, scores will not need to be entered through the IG app. Please show the completed scorecard to the designated committee member handling scoring to verify team score.
