Late May Bank Holiday Social Stableford Multiplier
£5 entry per player, inc. £1 entry to "Guess the Players Approach" competition. All players welcome, inc. Juniors, & Guests (payment of appropriate green fee in addition to competition entry fee required).
When signing up players can add up to 3 partners and pay for them too upon entry. If booking for less than 4, players selecting the same Tee Time as you will be your playing partners.

Please arrive at the first tee at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time to allow time to enter supplementary competitions and for team photos to be taken.
Teams of 4 Players - 85% Handicap Allowance - 18-hole Modified Stableford Multiplier Format.
We will need to use a ''blind draw'' in the event of a 3 person team and would ask that each players score is entered on the team card - thank you.
Maximum Playing Handicaps: Men: 40 Ladies:54
85% Handicap Allowance - Stableford Format with best two scores multiplied together to give hole score. Only one player needs to fill in a standard Essex scorecard for your team, which must be signed, and handed to the committee member handling scoring.
Please hand the completed and signed scorecard to the committee member handling scoring.

Thirteen teams played in the late May Bank Holiday Social in great weather, which threatened at times but managed to not douse the last few teams like the last social.
This was the biggest turnout yet this year, so thank you to everyone for taking part.
Nearest the pin on the 11th for the Gents was won by Trevor Barnett and Bob Long was the nearest for the Juniors. With no Ladies tee shots finding the green a plan had to be devised to find a winner, which ended up being Tierney Clarke - well done guys.
Simon Larkings' final approach to the first was used again and Brian Gowers managed to be in lucky box 34.
Winning teams on the day:
- Mixed Winners: Laurence & Isabella Parr with Tierney & Peter Clarke scoring 99 pts
- Mixed Runner's up: Rodger Underwood, Scott Parradine, Chris Sore & Verity Rosewarne with 90 pts
- "‹"‹"‹Men's Winners: Tony Ridgley, Trevor Barnett, Martyn Cole & Fred Veasey scoring an amazing 128 pts
- Men's Runner's: Justin Trueman, Brian Gowers, Julian Baines & Malcolm Payne on countback with 95 pts
A special mention to Drew Swanson, highest scoring Junior who scored an amazing 40 pts on his own ball - superb!
Sandy Whitear, Ron Thayre, Andy Gilman & Keith Hainsworth picked up the impromptu chocolate bars, for giving it their best effort - thank you Keith.
Look forward to seeing a lot more taking part in the next USA themed 9 & Dine on Friday 14th June - Texas Scramble and then the Ping Mixed 4BBB club qualifier on either 22nd or 27th June.
